Yeah, I have so many mentors older than me.
And one person told me like a decade ago, I see you speaking on stages.
And I'm like, speaking on stages?
Which stage?
No way.
And here I am sometimes turning down speaking engagement today.
Yeah, it makes such a big difference because,
Think about when you're driving, you need a rear view mirror, you're looking at your windshield, you have all kind of mirrors to help you watch out for things as you go into that direction.
And think of mentors as people who have already been on that road.
They've already been on that road.
And whether they've been on that road or they witness others be on the road, they are able to sense and see things that you may not be able to see.
You haven't made the turn yet.
But they've seen people just like you in their lifetime do things.
Or they've seen how this thing lead others.
necessarily to something else.
And so for me, it's been having people in my corner that wanted me, they were happy to see me succeed.
Because you don't want somebody that's going to hinder you or make you feel small, right?
