And I just want to make sure for many of the listeners who are listening to this on audio and not seeing you, like you suddenly, like your shoulders are lower, your whole body is lower, you sort of slump forward.
And it looked like you're sort of saying that the only thing that's moving is really sort of the top of my chest as I'm breathing.
Is that right?
