You know, and actually kind of it was funny It's funny 'cause you and I are comedians and we say shit all the time and and and oftentimes don't realize how it's affecting other people who who don't have the same sense of humor. And I realize like and also I realize like I'm really straight when I say stuff. Like when I said to the couple, me and my wife took out the dinner fifteen years ago, look, This is about your engagement. We're here to celebrate you. Order whatever you want. I'm paying, but anything extra goes home with me. I realized when I got to my fridge the next day and my uh that I had an extra pork chop in it, they believed me.
Y you know what I'm saying? And I was I was two things. I was sitting in this room right behind me. Yeah. And uh like it was over the weekend or something and Ed, God bless him, but he's not a comedian. He works He does A V stuff. He he came in, he goes, Guess who uh guess who's house? I'm gonna I'm gonna wire for speakers and I go, Who? And he goes, Steve Martin. I go, Who's that? Steve Martin. I go I don't know that name. You don't know who Steve Martin is? I I'm sure there's a ton of guys named Steve Martin. Steve Martin. I d I don't know who that is. seen like uh yeah, I don't know, the jerk or something. I I I don't you don't have to get rude. I I don't know what that is. I don't know who the guy is. And he's I think he pulls out a picture and he goes, Steve Martin and I go
I I don't think I've seen this guy before. Yeah. And he's like, You don't know who Steve Martin is? I go, No, I d I don't know who Steve Martin is. And it went on for like ten minutes.
