‎ ‎بينما ننهي إنجيل متى، نمر عبر معاناة المسيح، مشرحين معنى "باراباس"، وأهمية القديسين، وإغراء الحقيقة الزائفة. نشرح أيضًا سياق الأناجيل، وكيف نتناسب معها في العهد الجديد والأبدي. القراءات لليوم هي متى 27-28 وأمثال 19:25-29. As we finish the Gospel of Matthew, we go through Christ's passion, explaining the meaning of "Barabbas", the importance of saints, and temptation towards false truth. We also explain the context of the gospels, and how we fit into them in the new and eternal covenant. Today's readings are Matthew 27-28 and Proverbs 19:25-29. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website. You can also listen to the Bible in a Year podcast in English with Fr Mike Schmitz who did an amazing job. I am using lot of his comments in my reflection as well commentary from different trustworthy resources.
