Chapter 1: What is the main issue that the listener is facing with her neighbor?
Have you ever listened to those true crime shows and found yourself with more questions than answers? Who catfishes a city?
Is it even safe to snort human remains? Is that the plot of Footloose?
I'm comedian Rory Scovel, and I'm here to tell you Josh Dean and I have a new podcast that celebrates the amazing creativity of the world's dumbest criminals. It's called Crimeless, a true crime comedy podcast. Listen on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I'm Stephen Curry, and this is Gentleman's Cut. I think what makes Gentleman's Cut different is me being a part of developing the profile of this beautiful finished product. With every sip, you get a little something different.

It doesn't matter how much I fight. It doesn't matter how much I cry over all of this. It doesn't matter how much justice we get. None of it's going to get me pregnant.

Chapter 3: What humorous approach do they suggest for addressing the barking dog?
Who would you call if the unthinkable happened? My sister was shot 22 times. A police officer, right? But what do you do when the monster is the man in blue? This dude is the devil. He'll hurt you. This is the story of a detective who thought he was above the law until we came together to take him down.
I said, you're going to see my face till the day that you die.
I got you, I got you, I got you.

Chapter 4: How does the listener feel about her neighbor's response?
Nice.
Like, today she needs help with her neighbor texting.
Okay. Yeah.
So we're going to go through that today in just a second, but we always love to start with your comments. Yerti said, found you guys on TikTok, decided to search you up on Spotify.
Sweet. Now I listen to you guys every day when I'm walking, driving, drawing, learning, et cetera. Hey, wow.
I've listened to every single episode from 2012 until now.
Wow.

Chapter 5: What alternative solutions are discussed for dealing with the barking dog?
We know Etcetera is going to the bathroom. Yeah. I know that. And we're okay with it.
Yeah, call him out, bro.
All right, your textual healing starts right now. I don't think this has ever happened on the show before where mid-call we just had to pause and tell the woman on the phone to just breathe. She was that worked up.
Yeah. But you know what?
You might feel the same way if you were in her shoes dealing with her neighbor next door and the tiny problem that's been slowly ruining her life.
Oh.
We're going to try and help her fix it with our fingers. All 11 of them. And you're going to hear what that problem was.

Chapter 6: How do the hosts encourage the listener to communicate with her neighbor?
It's going to take some teamwork. We're going to do it. Wait, why do you have 11? Oh, I use an extra one when I text. I don't want to know. You'll hear her problem in a brand new textual healing. God, why do I ask questions? It's coming up right after this. Textual healing. Textual. There's a saying that good fences make good neighbors. Oh, yes.
There's another saying that says bad neighbors make good fertilizer. I don't support that one, but I will say I do see the point. Because annoying neighbors can really get on your nerves and create unnecessarily problems for you in your life.
Chapter 7: What unexpected response does the listener receive from her neighbors?
Okay, that's true. And apparently there's something that's going on with one of our listeners, Allison, and her next door neighbor. Please tell me the neighbor's still above ground after Jeffrey's intro there. Let's find out. Maybe she needs to text the morgue or something to come pick him up. Allison, how you doing? Oh, do I need you guys' help? Oh, my gosh.
Allison, we're not that close of friends, man. I'm not taking one down for you. I'm telling you, I have these neighbors. A few months ago, they got this cute white dog and it was fine. I heard some barking and then the barking got more. I mean, every single time there's a wind blowing, a squirrel, a rabbit. We have rabbits in the backyard barking, driving me nuts. I mean, really?
OK, just I'm serious. It feels like you're going to break right now. Just even talking about it. Is there any way that you could get rid of all the squirrels and stop the wind in your neighborhood?
Chapter 8: What final advice do the hosts give regarding neighborly relationships?
That might fix everything. And the rats. I like that. Yeah, yeah, really. So get this. I've already texted neighbors, and I said, hey, listen, because I hate confrontation, you know? And I was like, please, the dog's been barking for five hours. Could you just, like, maybe take him in a little bit?
You know, though, I will say when we first got our dog, we didn't realize that when we would go out to the bars at night, she would stay out parking all night. And so finally, one of our neighbors wrote us a note and we felt terrible. You know, of course, we didn't let the dog out at night anymore. Almost something happened in my apartment complex.
I remember one of the neighbors was like, we didn't even know our dog was crying all day. So how did how did your neighbors react when you sent that message to them?
Well, see, you guys would act like a normal neighbor, okay? So they said, all right, we're going to do something about it.
Oh, that's good. Oh, my God, I'm stuck with the dog. Anyway, so they said that. I know you're very wound up about this, Allison. We can understand why.
Yeah.
But just relax a second. We're here to help you. Yeah. And it sounds like you actually got a decent response from them. Yeah, they said they'd take care of it. Well, they didn't. They didn't take care of it at all. As a matter of fact, the barking got worse. So I sent them another text message. Now we're getting messy. Okay. Oh, God. What did you say there? Okay, so I was like, please, please.
And I put three pleases. You know, please stop your dog from barking. And they just never responded after that. Yeah, it sounds too polite. Neighbors don't respond to that. No, please, please, please is not polite. One please is polite. Three pleases is like condescending almost. Almost. Okay, but for the record, the first time I was very nice. I mean, this is like the third text I've sent.
I just, I can't take it anymore. Yeah, yeah. We can tell. We can tell. Other than the dogs barking all the time, are they bad neighbors in any other way? They're fine. Everything else, there's nothing else wrong, really. Okay. I'm not a complainer. I hate confrontation. You're not a complainer, but you will come on the radio and voice all the displeasure about it, which is different.
