If you're exhausted, confused, anxious or otherwise feeling stretched (maybe even beyond your limits) here is a place to rest. Not to avoid responsibility or to shy away from the dark places but to come back to your heart. To reconnect with your anchor - that place within you of ever present stillness, clarity and peace. It's not possible to create loving new perspectives with a heart that's closed.  An open heart is needed for creation, change, new perspectives, and peace. Here's a place to rest so that you can approach your issues with an open heart and learn, be and do more effectively.
