Uh, because again, you didn't listen to the ads, but then I got an ad for something that wasn't even around here. Like the, the, the algorithm was completely off. It was like a monster truck show in San Antonio. And I'm like,
I kind of thought after being gone, instead of coming back with heat telling me that I need to listen to ads, you might come back and say, hey, Howard, how are you feeling? Yeah, well, you were ill. Are you feeling better?
You know, you told me or I found out that you had the flu. Something wasn't going on. And then I remember I was like – I think I, my first text to you was like, Hey, where's this file that I need for this thing?
Yeah.
And you were like, you answered. Yeah. You sent it to me and it was fine. And then about maybe I want to say five hours, it probably was 24, but let's just call it five hours later. I was like, That was very insensitive.
Oh, I assumed you just didn't know. I gave you the benefit of the doubt.
I did know. Come on, Quinn. Have some grace. I'm going to be honest. No. So then I was like, oh, my goodness. And then I just, you know, I brought it back around.
And then you did say, how are you feeling? I said, how are you feeling? And I said, I think I nearly died. That was terrible.
Yeah. And now you're better. You're healthy.
I still have a little bit of a cough. So if you hear hacking in the background today on the podcast.
It hangs around. Oh, it's brutal. went through mine and it was brutal. And I've heard people dealing with this. It's going around absolutely awful, but I'm glad you're better. I'm glad you're back. And so now, you know, you still have to deal with the snowpocalypse because even though it has not snowed in our area for a very long time, we have ice, we have snow. And please understand if you're listening to this, like our plethora of Michigan, you know, followers or listeners, we don't have the equipment.
They're like laughing at us.
You know that, right? They couldn't be laughing all they want. But when you think about a road that has been freshly plowed and salt and all the rest of that, that is our major highways or our thoroughfares inside the city or even outside the city. Every neighborhood, however, has not been touched at all. And so you're talking about, okay, Michiganites, let me break it down for you because I know how this works. They are Michiganders. Get it together, Quint. Think mud that freezes. You know what I'm talking about. They're ruts. They're bumps. Because I remember going through this. You know, you're driving a back road or you're off, I don't know, country or whatever. And it's muddy. And then it freezes in the winter.
And you're like, oh, my gosh, this is terrible. That's what we're dealing with in every neighborhood. It's absolutely absurd.
All right. We got that soapbox. I have figured out now exactly when to turn my wheel to slide my way into my driveway. Like I've nailed it now. So at first it was just like, I was praying, hoping for the best pumping the brakes and it just is what it was. But now, I mean, I know exactly where to be like, and all the way to the left and we ice skate into the driveway and we put it in park.
Allie used to be legit. Now she's too legit. She's too legit to quit. That's amazing. I'd love to see that sometime. Maybe I'll show up early.
