and i went on this long rant i'll spare everyone again but basically i want to go back and watch it again there's this youtube documentary called listers that i watched one night that a friend told me about and i had a blast and now i've been on a big kick like thinking about buying binoculars because on my morning walk i see all these birds all the time i feel like bird watching is just like
the more nature slash... I'm just going to say it. Older version of Pokemon.

And that's why I'm more offended somehow. You know, what's funny is, um, I was in, so we, we talk about my vacation that I was just on in the last episode. And I was on vacation when I picked up my wife, we went to the villages in Florida, which is like a massive retirement community. And I know villages have a bad rap. It's actually awesome. It's basically college for old people. Like it's amazing. It's, it's cool. But, um, I was playing pickleball one day and I'm out there and there's like 12 women in the field, like walking around with these massive cameras and their binoculars and their big old hats trying to find some kind of sparrow or something. And I asked one of them, I was like, what are you all doing?
And they're like, We heard that there was a three-toed, blue-footed booby out here in the wilderness. So they were trying to catch it. Yeah, they were trying to catch it all. And what's your beef? I'm just saying, I could see you doing that with a big old floppy hat out in your wilderness.
I was about to clarify if it was floppy hat or visor, because I think those give the same energy. True.
There was probably a mixed bag.
Probably. I have like a big thing about visors. I think visors are awesome, but you have to be like a certain level of cool before you can pull off a visor. And unfortunately, I don't think it's something that I'm being so serious. I don't think you can wake up one day and say, I will try a visor and it work. Like someone has to like, I don't know if someone comes and like dubs you a visor wearer or if there's an application process or,
I know we're like really down a rabbit hole here, but I do feel like Allie, you're one of those people that you have a big thing about things that are totally irrelevant to 90% of the population.
You don't see someone like at walking through Walmart with a visor and just be like, wow, to be that person.
I didn't think that they got knighted by someone that pans out visors.
No, I don't actually think someone's a knight. But my point is that the people who pull off visors pull off visors. And you know when they don't. But I don't feel like there's going to be a day that I wake up and I'm like, I'm a visor puller offer. I just want to get to that point.
What is the point in wearing half a hat?
either get a hat or don't no one's interested in the top of your head go back to the store and tell them to give you the rest of the hat so if anyone's listening and you know how to get to that point of being cool let me know because i'd love to apply logan please save us oh okay we're gonna take a deep breath there we're gonna cut it off and we're gonna go to our housekeeping odds and ends
