I just felt like I needed to switch it up a little bit. I feel like I have been on a routine, and it's getting old. It's getting old.

So I know that we just recently talked about this, but have you found any new birds in your new hobby of bird walking, stalking, whatever?
I was actually sad. So we cut those on Monday. It's now Wednesday. We don't usually cut twice in one week. I didn't get to go on my morning walk today. Yesterday I went. I was so excited to find a new bird. Dud. Absolute dud of a morning. And I did not see a single new bird yesterday.
Well, it's going to be difficult. I know. It's going to get harder. But, you know, you might not have to venture out, go to new places. You can be like, you know.
Pack up at 4 a.m.
and go to a different area of town. Cruising around, going to try to find the flying whatever seagull of the Antarctic that only flies into Kentucky once every year on a Tuesday.
I realized there was an important part of that as I was thinking back through sharing that with the world that I didn't mention. And it's that I felt motivated to do this because of a docu-series I watched on YouTube. I'm trying to remember the name of it so I can give it a shout out. But it was like very low budget. documentary and it's about this kid who's like college aged i don't know if he had just graduated or didn't go to college or what his story was but one day he found out about bird watching and he was like i could do that i could win there's like competitive bird watching
I can't imagine this is like going to the mountaintop a thousand times over. I feel the energy.
Hulkamania is running worldwide. He was like, I can totally do that. I'm going to do it. So he just like uprooted his life and did it. I just Googled it installed. It's called Listers and he goes out. This is a spoiler. If you're going to watch it, he goes out and he like gets on the leaderboard and he ends up making a lot of people mad because this is their whole life and he's just come out of nowhere. So take it, take it as you will. There's a slight amount of language just in full disclosure. Fantastic.
I feel inspired to share with our audience a... What do you call it? A hobby. A unique hobby. It's not really unique because a lot of people have this hobby. That you have? That I have that probably not a lot of people would expect. And that is... Before bed, every night, I read fiction. And the fiction that I read could be anything from like... Let me look back. Mitch Albom's new book called Twice. He was the one who wrote Tuesdays with Maury. Or... Ruth wears the woman in suite 11. That was my, I'm looking at my library here. I read Ruth wears the woman in suite 11. And then I went to Mitch albums twice. And I, I mean, then I moved on to another one called the ministry of time. I mean, it's, I am all over the map.
I think the algorithms that are my Kindle recommendation, and I borrow them from the library, by the way. I have not paid for a download on my Kindle in, I don't even know, years. I'll download a bunch. And then I will put it on airplane mode, and then I will take my time to read them because I think you get them for like two weeks, and I do not read a book in two weeks. Because what happens is at night I lay in my bed. I might read two pages, and the Kindle is on my face. Nine times out of ten, it's on my face. I'm falling asleep with it. But it is awesome. So that is a unique hobby of mine that not all people would probably pick.
Is there a consistent genre?
No, zero. Not at all? None. There's not a common thing? I just started one last night called not quite dead yet. I have no idea if it's terrible or not. Uh, it showed up. It's like, it's about, I think a gal who finds out she's going to die and, and then she goes crazy or something.
