What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Hey, this is Allie, and thanks for listening to the show. Give us a five-star review where you listen and share this episode with someone who might need to hear it. Now, enjoy the show. What's up, everybody? Welcome back to another edition of DIY Money. DIY Money. How's it going, Logan? Happy almost fourth. Almost fourth.
Yeah, I know we're going to be... This episode will come out after the fourth. I know it's your favorite holiday and you're very excited.
And I know you hate it. I saw the visual.
You showed me the video of why you love it so much because... You grew up in Wilmore where the only thing they had was a 4th of July fair. That is it. No. That is all they had. So you could enjoy it one day a year.
If you're listening and you missed that episode, I talked about the Lawnmower Brigade of Wilmore, Kentucky. And if you have not seen the Lawnmower Brigade, you're missing out. That's all I'm going to say about that.
I'm not going to lie. It does not get more Kentucky than the lawnmower brigade.
It's like men in their cargo shorts.
People across the country here are like, come on.
The streamers on the push mowers. It's legit. And did you guys already talk about... I wasn't here when you cut the last couple episodes. Did you give your big news? To the DIY money folks.
About the house? About the house. I did, yes. Quentin and I talked about that. I think, well, I don't know where this episode falls because we're cutting episodes all over the place, but I think we talked about it. So it is, yeah, open, get in the house and all the things. You know what's funny? I just thought about this. You know, have you ever had like your first, do you know what like your first life memory is?
No.
I don't know if I've ever thought about that. Like the youngest memory. Like the youngest memory you can ever remember. My youngest memory that I can ever remember is being in the 4th of July parade. My grandparents are from Wisconsin, and they used to do this community did a parade every 4th of July. And I remember sitting on the back of my grandfather likes old cars. He had like an old... old old like t-bird that was a convertible that you and i would sit on the top and i'd wave and stuff i think i was three that's my earliest memory there's no way i have a memory before like eight If you really think about it, you probably do. You probably have a couple.
I'll have to sit and think over the weekend.
It's like very impactful things that happened. And obviously the 4th of July parade was one of them.
Well, that's exciting.
So that's totally random and no one cares about that. But I just thought, you know, that's interesting. So everybody out there, think about your earliest memory that you can remember. That's mine. Can we start over?

And there's been some really good advice that's come out, like particularly just do not fill your house immediately. I think that's great advice. That's good advice. You need to tell my wife that, but that's really good advice. So join the DIY tribe on Facebook groups if you have Facebook.
Amazing. All right, we've got a great one today from Matt. Matt, what do you got?
DIY!
Hey, DIY Money. This is Matt from Cleveland. I have an estate planning question. I'm sure there's many couples out there that have minor children and have a living revocable trust with a very specific set of instructions on how the estate would be handed over to those minor children as they reach certain milestones in life.
