Because my day consists of such things, such inspiring experiences, You know, incredible things as today, for example, 45 minutes on the driving range, lunch with a previous student. a gym workout, coffee with a friend, sleeping in. I revert to a tarp that goes on the outside back of the house so the water will go away from this corner and not end up in my basement, okay? So it's like I battle. I think I've got it. So it is a multi-step process. I have laid it out into the four following steps. Okay. This is after I've tried French drains, whatever drains, this drain, that drain, Austrian drain. I don't know. I'm just going to name all the drains. Okay. Belgium drain. I don't know. Step number one, absolutely remove aesthetic wall. My wife, oh, got to remove it. Oh, and he's going to lose it. Oh, she is losing it. Now, I have said to her, and she doesn't listen to this podcast, so TBD on this.
I said, no, we'll put it back. We'll build another one. Trees are cheaper, okay? Shouldn't know that yet, but we're going to go with that. Aesthetic, remove aesthetic wall, number one. Okay. Number two, I do need to get a structural person out because the entire side of that lawn and house is like – is sinking, and I don't want it to impact the house. Right. Because it's already impacted that wall. I need structural, okay? That's a gazillion dollars. We're not even at millions or billions. Gazillion dollars. Yeah, no, we skipped ahead a couple things. Yeah. Number three... I have to raise HVAC units on the outside, a furnace, outdoor air units, because step number four is to regrade the area with said French, Belgium, Austrian drains, okay?
Never will I have water in the corner again. That's the four-step process. And that is the beauty of home ownership.
