ICE's Secret Database of American Protesters Exposed After Officer Caught on Camera
27 Jan 2026
Chapter 1: What does the ICE agent reveal about the treatment of American protesters?
Since the campaign, Donald Trump has talked about the enemy from within and going after Democrats and people that protest and organize against him. That is going to continue under super corrupt Pam Bondi, who has made it clear she intends to make a list of people that do not agree with this administration. And we hear it straight from the horse's mouth when an ICE agent says this.
It's not illegal to record. yeah that's what we're doing yeah why are you taking my information down because we have a nice little database oh good and now you're considered domestic terrorists we're videotaping you are you crazy
The answer to that question is they are crazy. And Pam Bondi rolled out that you're a domestic terrorist if you key a Tesla when Elon Musk was doing his thing with Doge. Now they are compiling a list of every American that protests legally. This is a violation of so many of the constitutional rights that each American has. But as we've seen, Trump and this administration, they don't give a shit.
Chapter 2: How is the list of American protesters being compiled and why?
the database of Americans that is being collected. And I have no idea what they will do to them, but I guarantee you it won't be fucking legal.
So I think what we have going on here is Trump is turning the Justice Department upside down. Recently, Don Lemon, our friend and fellow independent media, and Don's actually a journalist, Pumps and I are not, he went to Minnesota to document the protests. And some protestors that he was embedded with went to a church. And now the DOJ has a bee in its bonnet, wants to arrest Don Lemon.
They took the arrest write up to a magistrate who rejected it. It's a misdemeanor charge they wanted to charge him with. And the judge said, no, it's protected by the First Amendment. So then the DOJ appeals.
Chapter 3: What impact does the Trump administration have on the Justice Department?
the denial of a misdemeanor charge and my husband criminal defense attorney read into all of this all weekend and kind of translated it to me ultimately they give a district judge a federal judge two hours to respond to this don lemon thing because they have said on tv like we will stop at nothing we'll move heaven and earth so this district judge is like hey they've sealed this document and they want me to
you know, overturn this and I can't even access the document. I've never heard of anything like this happening. Usually if a magistrate says there's no probable cause for this misdemeanor, it moves on. But he's intentionally turning everything upside down. And the erosion of the rule of law impacts every single aspect of our life.
Our entire society and foundation of it is based on the rule of law. And Pam Bondi breaking laws with Trump's Nazi Gestapo all day, every day, trying to arrest journalists,
executing people and then calling the victims terrorists and not to mention uh the national security uh memo that ken kleppenstein reports on all the time i guarantee you that pumps and i and probably our top commenters are in some fbi files somewhere labeled as domestic terrorists Think about that. Think about how insane it is. But what they're doing, you guys, is they're priming all of us.
Everybody's getting primed, getting shot in the street. Notice they never go offer people CPR. They intentionally let the victim lay there and die on camera to say, you're not of value. They intentionally have this sycophant, Pam Bondi, who clearly only does whatever
this regime wants it's lawless complete lawlessness it's like a tyrannical government centered around the personality of this man and all of these loyalists but the erosion of the rule of law for all of these fiscal conservatives that say, oh, I'm a fiscal conservative. I know he's a nut, but I like to vote the tax policy. I like to vote my wallet and I'm concerned about my 401k.

Chapter 4: Why is the arrest of journalists considered a violation of constitutional rights?
You're fucked because what he's doing with the rule of law, if businesses don't have a fair and impartial court system to take their contracts in, It's a kleptocracy and the fundamentals of the economy go the way of Russia. If you think the inflation is bad now, hold your beer because it's going to get a million times worse with Pam Bondi at the helm of this.
And again, looking at constitutional rights, they don't want people to speak out against them. They don't want them to protest any criticism, a domestic terrorist. Greg Bovino, who runs around in his Hitler uniforms or Nazi paraphernalia, this is why he says this man, Alex Perretta, was shot.
Community leaders and some journalists engage in that heated rhetoric we keep talking about when they make the choice to vilify law enforcement. Calling law enforcement names like Gestapo or using the term kidnapping. That is a choice that is made. There are actions and consequences that come from those choices.
Okay, stop. Here is what makes me crazy. If you want to talk about rhetoric in this country and how we need to tone down the rhetoric, start with Trump. Start with his pathetic, hateful, mean, lie social posts and go all the way down. The rhetoric they're talking about does not exist.
If you describe this administration and you believe your eyes, you believe what you see with your eyes and you describe it accurately, it's rhetoric. And that is bullshit to the highest order to even consider that rhetoric would get you killed. So saying, I mean, and I'm not saying this was said, but fuck you, motherfucker, shoot you. Oh, it's completely justified.
And for this man to run around and be offended that he was called the Gestapo when he's running around dressing like a Nazi on purpose, shut the fuck up.

Chapter 5: How does the erosion of the rule of law affect society?
It makes me want to bang my head against the wall.
It's because you're applying logic to an illogical situation. The purpose of what he's doing is propaganda. Everybody needs to understand the use of propaganda. The intentional use of how choreographed and planned out everything he says there is. We are above the law. The rules that apply to everybody else do not apply to us. We can call you names. We can execute you. You cannot execute us.
Our leader can say all of these things with impunity and we worship him and we kneel to him. But you cannot do those things. And it's important that everybody understand this and quit applying logic from 10, 15 years ago to a two party system. We don't have that right now. We have an authoritarian regime, a fascist regime using and weaponizing propaganda.
And that's what Greg Bovino is doing here. So you have to understand what they're doing, the dehumanization of it, the tears of we get to do this, you don't. the dismantling of equality, the verbal dismantling of equal rights under the law. This is propaganda. This is intentional.
Chapter 6: What role does propaganda play in the current political climate?
It is contradictory on purpose. This is a part of the plan, and we all have to understand it. And of note, I just want to say here about Greg Bovino, I've seen him in lots of videos, you know, acting like a tough guy. Um, I'm really shocked at how effeminate his voice and speaking manner is. I mean, it's just amazing to me.
Like I saw him walking, there was a man that was taller than he, and then I realized, oh, he was walking around a bunch of short man. Cause then you could, the camera kind of zoomed out. So you have with this Bovino here, a Napoleon complex combined with a very feminine affect. I mean, he's very effeminate in his speech, which I don't have any issue with that.
But I'm not a member of the cult that says that Trump is the idealized masculine man and he happens to wear full face of makeup every day. I bring this up. Because there's constantly some sort of lacking of masculinity that these men feel. That if I get a gun and I get a badge and I get to bully people, then that's going to make me feel whole as a man.
And time and time again, you go down this rabbit hole with these people and they're not at all our version of men that we have been raised to think what true masculinity is. Alex Preti was that, right?
You know, he was standing up for a woman who was getting beat up by some little Elias officer, but it's super important that everybody understand the weaponization of propaganda that is happening now.
Well, and just how they're tearing away our civil rights. And then one thing, we've talked about it, we've alluded to it in earlier episodes, but Pam Bondi has told Minnesota, pop this up, Kylie, if you give us your voter and your electoral information and turn over those files, your state of Minnesota voter files, to Pam Bondi and the DOJ, they will leave Minnesota.

Chapter 7: How are voter rolls being used as a tool for intimidation?
She sent a letter with this. So what you're telling us now, Pam, is the 130,000 immigrants that are living in Minnesota versus the millions and millions in red states, you'll leave tomorrow? If the voter rolls taken because you vote blue, this is not about immigration. This is about intimidation and fear and tearing away our constitutional rights.
But I mean, that surprised me zero that Pam Bondi did that. And I know you weren't surprised about it at all.
Listener, I know for each of you, watching the news is horrifying at times, but it is so important to be a responsible citizen. If you care about this country, to stay locked into the news. And that's why Pumps and I, every morning when we prepare for these episodes, go to our Ground News Vantage Plan app. Let me give you an example of how this works. Here's a headline that I saw on my app.
Democrats vow to oppose Homeland Security funding bill, increasing chance of shutdown. My Ground News Vantage plan tells me that this headline in this article is a lean left and that it has a very high factuality. Same subject, lean right publication. Senate Dems could force government shutdown over 64.4 billion DHS funding after Minneapolis shooting of Alex Preti.
Because of this app, it tells me that this publication is owned by the Murdoch family, the same people that own Fox News, and that it has a mixed factuality. And that's critical for me because I do not want to read fake news.
So Ground News, it's basically the Spotify of news telling you who owns each outlet, where it leans politically, and whether you're reading original reporting or recycled messaging. Listener, join us by going to groundnews.com forward slash IHIP to get 40% off the Ground News Vantage plan that we use every single day.

Chapter 8: What are the long-term implications of the current administration's actions?
They're subscriber funded, and my favorite part is that they are female founded. By subscribing, you're not only getting a tool we all need today, you're also supporting our work here at IHIP News. That's ground, G-R-O-U-N-D, news.com, forward slash IHIP, and it's linked right below in the show notes.
And then as we have continued to see in every investigation involved with federal agents and or the Charlie Kirk murder, you see that DOJ wants to manipulate and keep the facts from you. They want to feed you, as Jennifer was saying, straight propaganda. Pull this up. Okay, Jennifer, you're going to have to read this because I can't see.
Okay, in seeking a Fed court order to stop Fed agents from, quote, destroying or altering evidence regarding the Pretty shooting granted last night by a Trump-appointed judge, Minnesota's investigatory chief said Feds blocked his inquiry for first time in his 20-plus years, even after he got a search warrant to inspect the public space.
From the document, the highlighted stuff is when the BCA agents and crime scene personnel arrived, they were blocked by federal agents with the DHS from accessing the scene. BCA team also secured a search warrant.
Obtaining a warrant to access a public space is unusual, but we thought it was necessary given the federal authorities refusal to allow us access to the space in my 20 plus years at the BCA. Prior to 2026, I'd never encountered a situation in which federal authorities blocked BCA access to an incident where there is concurrent federal and state jurisdiction.
surprises me zero, they're covering it up. They did the exact same thing with Renee Goode. They come in, they swoop in, they want to change the narrative and you cannot do that when you have the facts that we know that they have. I mean, it's really, really alarming that this is going on, not surprising.
They're intentionally turning upside down the rule of law and the use of propaganda here, diminishing states' rights. And I want to remind all of the MAGA people, Republicans that voted and the don't tread on me flags and all this stuff, all of these warnings about a gone rogue federal government that would erode civil liberties.
you're in it the thing you warned about the thing alex jones rush limbaugh all of these people warned about it's you you're the one who's doing it you have a federal government superseding states rights here and that you're you're the you're the party that was all about states rights the your supreme court sent abortion back to the states because the states rights should supersede this is all intentional this is an intentional
consolidation of power in the executive branch. And it's really important to note what I spoke about earlier about Pam Bondi asking for the voter rolls. This didn't just happen. This has been happening. This has been ongoing. A lot of red states have already handed over all of this. And a lot of governors sounded the alarm months ago about how bizarre this was.
