Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
You've heard me talk a lot about consumer cellular, and there's a good reason. You can switch carriers, save money every month, and still get the same reliable coverage. Here's why I made the switch. Consumer cellular uses the same towers as the big carriers, so you're not sacrificing quality to pay less.
And when you call consumer cellular, you just don't get pushed to a robot or told to use an app. You speak with a real person, someone knowledgeable right here in the U.S. No bots, no scripts, no hassle. The best part, you don't pay extra to speak to a human being like some big carriers are doing now.
So whether you make the switch online, over the phone, or in one of their stores, you'll always work with a real person. Make the switch today and get $25 off at ConsumerCellular.com. And if you're over 50, get one line of unlimited talk, text, and data for only $35. Plus, get an additional $5 off for the first five months. That's ConsumerCellular.com. ConsumerCellular.com.
Allergy season is here, and if your eyes are watering, your head feels like a balloon, tech can help. Here's where to start. Download the app IQ Air. It tracks real-time air quality and pollen counts in your exact neighborhood, not only your city. When the count is high, it tells you. Next, before you head outside, check your weather app for the air quality index.
On iPhones, open weather and scroll down. On Android, Google Weather shows it right on the main screen. Anything above 100, bad day to mow the lawn. And here's a smart move. AI can help build a personalized allergy action plan. Just tell it your specific allergies, zip code, and meds. Ask for a day-by-day stat. Now, tech won't cure your allergies, but can absolutely help you outsmart them.
Every week, I show regular people how to use AI to solve real problems, save money, and get ahead. It's free. Sign up right now at splashofai.com. Next up, a call for my weekend show, the Kim Commando Show. Enjoy! As we head into spring, I've been looking for fewer distractions and more focus during my day, whether I'm working, traveling, or just taking a break.
I've been using Raycon's Everyday Earbuds Classic, and they've become my daily go-to. The active noise cancellation blocks out background noise so I can concentrate on my calls, music, or podcasts. And the sound is crisp and clear. They've also added smart upgrades. Multipoint connectivity lets me pair with two devices at once.
The ergonomic fit is comfortable and stays put, no matter what I'm doing. And I'm loving the cool mint color. It's fresh. Nice change from basic black or white. Battery life is strong, up to 32 hours. And a quick 10-minute charge gives me 90 minutes of playtime. I also use awareness mode when I'm out walking my dog so I can hear everything around me.
If you're ready to upgrade your earbuds this spring, go to buyraycon.com slash kim to get 20% off. That's buyraycon.com slash kim. Buyraycon.com slash kim. Go now. Get 20% off. It's amazing. Chapter 2: What can technology do to help with allergy season?
Sure. And I had a friend, a work associate, and he had a recording studio in his home. And after my daughter would compose one of her little two to four minute melodies, I would take her to her studio and we would record them. And that's, you know, that's been some 30 years ago.
And the reason I wanted to talk to you is I wanted to see if there was a program I could download on my computer that could take her little melodies, her tunes, her songs, could upload it and make it into like a mini symphony or a musical score.
Chapter 3: How can the IQ Air app assist with real-time air quality tracking?
Oh, but you know what you are?
You're gonna add some lyrics to it.
Maybe I could even do lyrics. Yes, exactly. vocals. No one wanted to give it to her for Christmas, maybe.
Oh, you know what? You're such a great dad. You know what, Andrew, you you're a good dad.
Chapter 4: What should you check before going outside during allergy season?
I'm sorry. Okay. Tim's a great dad. This is no reason to take shots at me. I'm just saying. I mean, have you ever thought of doing this? No. Okay. Just saying. I'm not listening to the rest of this show. There's a site called, let me tell you a couple of ways you can do this, Tim. Okay. One is called UDIO, U-D-I-O, U-D-I-O.
Chapter 5: How can AI help create a personalized allergy action plan?
And it can take an audio file and add an orchestra and some vocals behind it. Okay. So that's where I would start there. Now, you might need to clean up this audio. How do you think? What's the best way to clean up the audio?
I don't know. He's so great. Why does he figure out on his own?
Oh, I'm just kidding.
So just kidding, Tim. You could use a program called Audacity.
Chapter 6: What are some effective ways to manage allergy symptoms?
You think Audacity? Yeah, because there's tons of built in filters, even in the free version that you can take and just run it through the filters to to clean it up.
Have you ever tried, it looks like Moses, but it's not. It's M-O-I-S-E-S. Is that the online audio editor? Yeah, and it uses AI. And think of it like, you know, taking your audio to the dry cleaner. I mean, it'll kind of spoof it up. It's like 10 bucks a month. But once you put all the audio through it, so like, so what I would do is I'd clean up all the audio first.
And then once you clean up the audio, that's when you can orchestrate it. You can also use Suno, which is great. You say Suno or Suno? I say Suno. I see. Some people say, I said Suno and I got a whole bunch of notes from people saying that I'm mispronouncing it. Okay. I could be wrong. I mean, I'm not as good as Tim, so probably aren't. Get over it. I was, you know, you were a great dad. It hurt.
He has four girls and one boy and he's, and he's always happy every day. Yeah. I'm bald, though, because I pull out all my hair. That's it. It was like when they start driving. That's when I see you getting nervous. You're like, they're driving now. Oh, my gosh. What am I doing? So, you know, start at UDO and then look at that Odyssey. You could use it for sure. Or Moses, like I said.
And it's not Moses. It's M-O-I-S-E-S. And then also Suno is another AI. I know I just threw a whole bunch of things out at you. But... Give them a little shot and then call us back and then we'll work through step two. Hey, want to stay in the tech now without wasting your time?
