The thing about the Dog Whisperer, it did open people's eyes a little bit to understand a little bit more about leadership. We definitely have a little different technique. You know, you can do some stuff quick, make it look good for the cameras, but the longevity of it is a little bit different. They don't show the follow through that has to happen. Like it's not going to happen that quick. And I think some people became very unrealistic thinking that we can just take your dog and fix it like that. And it's like, no, that's just a start.

Darn. So you just finished filming your episode for Women in Power. It was quite an adventure because it was a family event. Tell us about what we are going to watch in your episode.

What are we going to experience? What did you all talk about?
I mean, it's a family business. There's always, you know. problems and good things. We all work together, but you're just going to see us talk about our journey through the years of the business. We're getting ready to celebrate 30 years in the business. Next week, when we get back, we're doing a big celebration. So 30 years. Yeah, 30 years of business. So it's been great. And family, family-owned and ran business. So it's been, yeah, you'll see us talk about our journeys.
Right on. So Trina, when you hear 30 years, what goes on through your mind? Do you have the entire relapse of the 30 years just bam?
It's impossible. I'm only 25.
Oh, right on. You're also a time traveler. Hell yeah. Right on.
No, it's amazing. We've been through a lot to get here. It hasn't always been easy. We have a great family, great family support. My mom gave us a great start to it, but that doesn't mean it's been any less difficult because things come up and you have to adapt. We have, and here we are.
That has definitely been the lesson of today's adapting. But you've got furry friends, furry angels that are essentially an extension of our souls. And would you like to introduce who's here whining?
This is Tonks. She is a four-year-old chocolate lab that service dog and training for one of our wonderful clients.
Yep.
And so when we have this opportunity to fly out here, I told the owner, I said, that way we can do a practice flight and really immerse her in service dog life.
What strategies helped the business survive economic downturns?
And it's really been great because it's helping us figure out some of the things we need to go back and tweak and kind of firm up a little bit with her. But overall, she's been doing fantastic.
