He's the guy the government goes to to find out what is going on with cognitive and neurochemical warfare. How do we stop it? How do we prevent it? And what does it mean for our safety? Dr. Giordano is the professor emeritus of neurology and biochemistry and chair emeritus of the Neuroethics Studies Program at Georgetown University Medical Center. He's also the chair emeritus of the Neurotechnology and Ethics Project of the IEEE Brain Initiative, and he served as a senior scientific advisor to the National Academies for Science, Engineering, and Medicine.
