Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Happy Thursday. Welcome into Nightly Scroll. I am Haley Carania. Is everyone excited for Dan to come back? The little 30 second promos just gets me fired up. I'm excited. I know everyone in the chat is excited too. Just a quick reminder. This is the housekeeping off the top that you already know. You could probably recite it in your sleep. But new housekeeping is that on February 2nd,
this show will no longer be called Nightly Scroll because you can't nightly scroll at noon. But this show will be at 12 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, instead of six, which I've heard from a lot of you and you're excited about this change. It'll be Vince, Dan, me, just bang, bang, bang. right after one another, which I think will be great. Then you don't have to wait to hear from me.
You could just hear from me earlier in the day. And if you want to wait later in the day, you can still listen to it whenever you want. So rumble.com slash Haley is where you can watch and listen to Nightly Scroll. Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. Eastern Time until the 2nd. And make sure that you're subscribed to that channel. That's the Bongina Report channel.
And it's the only place you can watch Nightly Scroll and then scrolling with Hayley on the 2nd, of course. That's the only place you could watch it in full. You might be watching on X or on Facebook right now. And that's great. That gives you a little taste of Nightly Scroll. But if you want to watch the full show, got to do it on Rumble. So I appreciate all of you.
Wherever you watch or listen, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart, that comes out after the live show. Wherever you listen, I appreciate it. And make sure that you tell a friend, you subscribe, you leave five stars, leave a nice review.
Whatever you can do, touch all the buttons, make it happen, and send it to the family group chat, the friend group chat, because we're building something very special here. So I'm excited. You're excited. We're all excited. And let the show begin, right? So tonight... Minnesota's so-called leaders have responded to ongoing unrest amid another ICE shooting in the city.
Also, Nick Shirley exposing more fraud in round two. And the Somali community in Minnesota is not being very friendly and kind to him. We're going to play the videos. Also, California is investigating Elon Musk's Grok AI attack. Also, Ashley St. Clair, his bajillionth baby mama, is also getting in on a lawsuit against Grok AI. And I actually think that they have a point.
I'm not usually a fan of California. I'm not usually a fan of Ashley St. Clair. But I do think that they have a point here. So we'll get into all that. We've got scrolling time, some blind reactions if we have time. So put your phones on. Do not disturb. Nightly Scroll starts now. So there was another ICE agent involved shooting in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
And here's the gist of what happened, right? There was an illegal alien that was stopped by agents at a targeted traffic stop. The illegal alien speeds away from said traffic stop and crashes into a parked car. So that's dangerous. Multiple crimes happening all at once. Right. So then that illegal alien proceeds to get out of the car because he crashed it. And then he started to run away on foot.

Chapter 2: What recent events in Minneapolis sparked unrest?
I mean, they shut down everything that was Democrat mayors and mayors and governors and leaders that were shutting everything down. And people had to figure out, well, school's closed and my business is closed. Like, what am I going to do with my kid? And what am I, again, they don't see the hypocrisy.
They don't see that when the shoes on, they do the same thing that they are claiming is so horrible.
Yeah.
And Americans, again, don't have to imagine what it would be like for their community to be invaded by people who don't share their American values. Ask any American that lives in a border state or a border town. Ask people who live, their ranch is on the border in Texas and they have illegal aliens in their backyard every day.
Ask them how it feels, if they know how it feels to be invaded like that. I think they would probably love to see ICE agents and National Guard in their backyard. So the ICE agents are in Minnesota to begin with because of all the fraud going on with this Somali community. You know, Minnesota in general, but also Minneapolis is under a magnifying glass right now.
And we know that Governor Tim Walz, he's disgraced. And he has told everyone that he is no longer going to run for re-election. He doesn't think that he can run for governor and also get to the bottom of all this fraud. So he's busy, which maybe explains why they released this absolutely botched statement.
Maybe he was just so busy trying to get to the bottom of all the fraud that they didn't check their audio and visual boxes, if you will. Watch.
The federal government is raining down upon our communities. Two to three thousand armed agents of the federal government have been deployed to Minnesota. Armed, masked, under-trained ICE agents are going door-to-door ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.
They're pulling over people, indiscriminately, armed, masked, under-trained ICE agents are going door-to-door ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.

Chapter 3: What controversies surround the ICE agent shootings?
And then the lesbian lover is taunting the ICE agents. The ICE agents are trying to get Renee to stop blocking the road. They're trying to get her out of the car. But then she does the opposite. She listens to the lesbian lover who's telling her drive, baby, drive. She backs up and then accelerates into a cop who is now that we know is experiencing internal bleeding.
So again, all the protesters didn't care about what led up to the shooting. All they care about is she got shot. Same thing with this second shooting. They don't care that this is a Venezuelan illegal immigrant that's not supposed to be here anyway. This was a routine traffic stop, a targeted traffic stop. They were attempting to arrest this guy. And then he spontaneously
sped off in a car and crashed into another one and then fled on foot. You know, these are all crimes, as I mentioned earlier. So the protesters, they didn't care that they didn't care about the crimes leading up to the shooting that led to the ICE agent having to defend himself against this criminal. They just care that ICE shot someone else. They don't care that he was resisting arrest.
They don't care that he was fleeing, putting other people in danger. They don't care. They don't care that other guys jumped in and attacked the ICE agent because they like that. These protesters in Minnesota, they like the fact that the agent was attacked. They like the fact that the illegal alien was resisting arrest and fleeing on foot. They don't care that he crashed his car.
They hate all law enforcement and have no respect for them. They also believe that nobody is illegal, so they didn't think that anything was wrong, right? So with that frame of mind, anything that happens to the cop is fair game. Anything that happens to the guy being stopped is a reason to burn the city down. And these people have nothing better to do, clearly.
It's like they're sitting at home in their riot gear, just waiting to hear the news that someone else has been shot by ICE. And then they get their cardboard signs. It's already by the door. They grab their keys. They grab their noisemaker. They get their cell phones out. They get ready for another day of unrest. And that's exactly what we saw. They hear ICE shooting. They jump into the action.
And not into a peaceful protest, but into something like this. We saw the... all these cars being vandalized. I mean, you could see these cars, windows have been broken in, F ice spray painted on the sides of these vehicles. They have been crashed. You could tell that they were trying to burn them in some cases. Again, F ice spray painted on the side. So again, this is not peaceful.
This is vandalism. Vandalism is not protected under the First Amendment. So these people are not protected by their constitutional First Amendment right in doing this. They took it a step even further. ICE protesters were stealing weapons out of the car of an this was an ICE agent's vehicle and they stole weapons out of the back of it. Watch this.
So they're banging into or they're trying to get into this safe or this locked case. And it says stole FBI rifle. I don't know if it's FBI or if it's ICE, but this is a law enforcement vehicle. And they're taking all this stuff, looting the inside of this car that they have no business being in. Someone in the chat just said mostly peaceful vandalism.

Chapter 4: How are Minnesota leaders responding to ICE shootings?
They are going to start deporting dangerous criminal illegal aliens. But their immigration efforts do not stop there. People seem to think, oh my, well, they told us they were going to start with the murderers and the pedophiles and all these people. And they have been doing that. In Minnesota, ICE has arrested multiple convicted pedophiles and murderers.
But that doesn't mean that their efforts stop with the convicted pedophiles and murderers. They have to go after other people as well. And the left is protesting those efforts. But the crazy thing is... Depending on where you live in this beautiful country, you can have a much different outcome.
And here in Florida, the Attorney General James Uthmeyer posted this on X saying, This is Jennifer Cruz of Jacksonville. Jennifer disagrees with immigration enforcement and decided to commit a few felonies by getting out of her car and punching a trooper in the face. But unlike Minnesota, we don't put up with this nonsense. Not today, Jennifer.
And there's the photo of her being detained by ICE agents. And of course she has this shit eating grin on. And of course she's fat and ugly too. I'm just going to throw that in there. I'm just going to throw that in there. Not that it matters, but it, you know, it's a pattern. It's just pattern recognition. Okay. It's just a pattern recognition.

All right, well, the lunacy in Minnesota does not stop with the ICE shootings and protests. Nick Shirley, independent journalist who came out with that massive video that exposed fraud in the daycare centers, came out with another video yesterday exposing even more fraud happening in Minnesota. And wow, this investigative work, it's the gift that keeps on giving.
And it turns out that in order to keep the daycare fraud going, the fraudsters have to kind of make it look legit. So they create other fraudulent companies that they also make buttloads of money off of, thanks to the government, in order to do that. And transportation companies are kind of this glue that connects all of these false companies.
