That's one of my biggest takeaways so far with Baz for sure is um you know, any conversation that a player has on him up and down the lineup, uh any conversation guys have with him, it's guys are gonna know exactly um their spot on the team and how they're gonna impact the team. Um he'll make sure everybody knows their responsibility and and feel a part of um you know whether win or lose we're you know we're all pulling the same way and we're all equally as portant in that um result. So um for me, like I said, I guess I can take this question individually. It's you know, when I when I talk with them in calls over the summer, it's you know preparation uh Um knowing exactly, you know What what your best game looks like and then, you know, how you're exactly gonna help the team in the ice time you're gonna get.
