Well, you know, it's been interesting. Obviously, from an oiler perspective, my own perspective, you know, schedule's coming out soon, so obviously, you know, starting to look ahead. I mean, I always say once you hit Canada Day, that summer starts getting away from you real quick. You know, having said that, I'm going to enjoy the summer, but I'm also obviously excited to see what the Oilers have in store in terms of another championship run.

Yeah, I want to start off by asking you about the work that Stan Bowman put in in this offseason, because obviously, you know, last year was was a backslide for the Edmonton Oilers. That wasn't a situation that they wanted to be in. It was the situation they got. But a lot of really good moves by Bowman, you know. Changing up the goaltending, bringing in Frederick Anderson and Devin Levi, changing the defense a little bit, getting off a Darnell Nurses contract and acquiring Shakir Mukumadoulin and Ryan Shea, as well as, you know, the addition on forward with Joseph. I mean, I just want to ask you what your thoughts were on the body of work of Stan Bowman so far.

Well, I think it really turned with the nurse deal. I think that allowed him to kind of make some of the moves that Oiler fans crave as far as having some depth on the hockey club. And quite frankly, as much as I like Matthew Joseph as an agitator and I think Colton Dock is ahead of him. I think there are some guys that the Oilers signed that may be in real depth roles. Even Mukamadoulin, who I never quite understood why he had so much trouble cracking the San Jose lineup. He had the game winner in one of the games against Edmonton head-to-head. I like Mukamadula a lot, but, you know, even he is going to, you know, be battling for playing time with the acquisition of Shea because, you know, Shea went from basically journeyman, depth guy, to, you know, top four defenseman with the Pittsburgh Penguins and one of just a handful of guys to, you know, go 35 points and plus 30 last year with Matthias Ekholm being one of the others also on the Oiler roster.

So, And, you know, Shea's addition certainly, you know, clogs things up as far as, you know, some of the guys the Oilers thought might play regular minutes for them, including but not limited to Mukamadoulin. You've got to throw Spencer Stassi into that mix. All of a sudden, you've got some real depth. And, you know, I think, you know, the goaltending situation probably remains the biggest question mark. But if at age 37 Freddie Anderson stays healthy, then, you know, a large part of that concern goes away because, you know, quite frankly, Freddie Anderson's body of work, especially where it, you know, counts most in the win-loss column, you know, and even beyond the win-loss column, you know, last year was a bit of an aberration because
