Not bad. Uh down in Vegas. A little bit different animal tonight. Uh but before we get tonight, we gotta talk about what happened Saturday night with just a brilliant performance uh from uh Leon Dry Settle. Made a couple great plays to create some odd man looks and Dustin Wolf fought him off earlier in the game, set up uh Ardvison for a rip job home. And then uh took took matters into his own hands in the final four minutes and then in overtime. It was a special night at Roger's place, wasn't it?
It was. It was funny at the beginning of the game, Brennan asked, Do you think Leon's gonna score fifty tonight? And I'm like, Absolutely. Uh he's just itching to get back in there and he understood the importance of the game and how important he is when you don't have Connor McDavid in the lineup. So uh the game was it was two games to me. When Leon was on the ice, the Oilers dominated, he and his line mate. When Leon was off the ice, the Calgary Flames had the better of the play. But that's what you have when you have a a superstar in your lineup. It evens out the playing field no matter what you have injury wise. If you're having an off night, you have the ability to change the game with uh one player and the oldest did that.
Um it was it was just a matter of time. It was a night, Bob, that Leon could have had a five or a six point night. He created so many chances for his line mates. He had a number of chances. You talked about Wolf Wolf had three or four big saves on Dry Settle before Dry Settle scored. So Leon, when Leon's at his best and it's been almost the entire season, he's almost the unstoppable force and he was on Saturday against the Flames.
