All right, maybe just to explain like some some listeners might ask, well, why would the agent need to go out to uh the the community For an event like that, but it's all part and parcel in terms of commitment you guys make when it comes to rec 'cause you're not just recruiting the player, you're recruiting the family as well, right?

And like with Carson, I've known Carson for and his family for so long and and with a lot of our players when we encourage them to get involved in in, you know, parodies and good deeds and they all We try to support 'em. And actually we do it for fun. It's uh as you know, going out to see those guys and golfing and you speaking, it's a lot of fun, is it?

Well, I don't know how much fun, you know, me me taking the mic is, but what is interesting, Jerry, they they seem to have a disproportionate amount of kids out of that Wainwright Irma area. There's so uh you know, the joke is there's something in the water, but uh one of the comments that I get uh from some of the scouts in the business is that the kids are grounded. Uh they've obviously come from good families. uh they know hard work, they're respectful. Are these easier kids for you guys to recruit from an agency perspective?

I think we somehow attract those kind of players. I don't know if you do it on purpose, but I mean, you know, you talk about, you know, Carson Susi and and some of the other kids from that area. It's amazing town. Like we've been out there a few times. I mean, it's family town. They get together, they build baseball parks and build the arena and they got a lot going on there. So it's a really, really, really cool town which means there's a lot of really cool people.

Uh, one thing that we've noticed that th they they don't just limit it to hockey, you're right. Like there's a lot of you know, you and me grew up in an you're only a couple of years younger than me, Jerry, but I played, you know, football, I played softball, I played baseball, I even played soccer. You know, y you didn't just focus solely on hockey i and one thing in in those communities is there's there's a lot of baseball being played and that sort of thing. Um Just a thought process. Is there too much uh focus on just hockey? Like d or or do you think that in a perfect world you're seeing your your your younger players also play other sports to be more well rounded or conversely, how important is it to be, you know, solely focused on on that uh on that drive for hockey?

Yeah, I would say that's changed a lot over the years since I started this.
