There’s this trend I’ve noticed lately where influencers/thought leaders are telling women to stop dreaming big, and honestly, it’s rubbing me the wrong way. I think there’s a real danger in linking big dreams with overwhelm, especially when it’s coming from people who are wildly successful. It feels disingenuous. Here’s the thing—your big dreams aren’t what’s making you feel overwhelmed. It’s all the little stuff, the expectations, the “shoulds” we pile on ourselves.
