So we know that yesterday the jury said that they had reached a verdict on four counts, but they were deadlocked on the racketeering count one. We just got word that they are now coming back into the court. They have a verdict, which unfortunately means, I'm sorry, I'm going to have to leave you guys because we are getting ready to... do our show and we are going to be going live. So we're all waiting to see whether it's going to be one or two things here, right? Either the jury has reached a verdict on racketeering and we're going to hear all of the verdicts on all counts, or they're going to come back into the judge and say,
We are still deadlocked. We cannot reach a verdict. And then the judge is going to have to decide whether to declare a mistrial or send them back again. Charles, I know that you have to go. What does it mean this soon, if it's coming this soon? What do you think that means? If I'm just guessing, and that's all I can do at this point, is they are still deadlocked. I mean, they were less than an hour in deliberations this morning. Did the two or more people who were holding out yesterday suddenly change their minds that quickly? I don't think so. So I think they're going to say they're still deadlocked on racketeering. So we'll see what the judge does.

We don't have the defense meeting. We don't want them to go back in.

So, I mean, it's interesting to me that the attorneys, if I'm correct, did not argue uh for him to for them to just stop it right here and take what was on the table so here we go i mean and look they came in what i think this morning at nine o'clock which is just about an hour ago and they already saying hey we have a verdict so that means uh charles is probably right we don't know for sure and then again there is a juror who had been problematic um and you know rolling of the eyes and making faces and that kind of thing reportedly in the courtroom and they believe
you know, as they were reading, as the judge was reading the instructions and listening to them yesterday, that this was, you know, sort of had a smirk on her face and was like, oh my gosh, or whatever. They believe this may be the holdout, or at least one of the holdouts in the courtroom, but we're going to have to wait to see what happens.
