So thank you all. Good morning from, have a good grace. maryland alton illinois okay so um again i'm glad all of you are with me today we're going to continue i'll shout out to all of you a little bit more of a casual nature to the show because again i'm not in the studio i'm not at home i'm in los angeles i am attending um an event um for spotify a little bit later on so i was up because I am leaving Twitter and I'm going to tell you why. And here's the video. Everyone, I have loved connecting with all of you on Twitter and then on X for all of these years. But it's time for me to leave the platform. I once believed that it was a place for honest debate and discussion, transparency and free speech.
But I now feel it does not serve that purpose. In addition, starting this Friday, November 15th, X is implementing new terms of service, which, among other things, states that, quote, all disputes be brought exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas or state courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, end quote. The full terms of service can be found on my written statement or on the X website. Now, as the Washington Post recently reported on X's decision to change the terms, this quote ensures that such lawsuits will be heard in courthouses that are a hub for conservatives, which experts say could make it easier for X to shield itself from litigation and punish critics.

And we all should have sort of equal justice under the justice system. And I don't think that, you know, anyone should be no matter who they are, should be putting their finger on the scale. So if you know the other sites that I have listed there, the blue sky that, you know, tick tock.
you know, the YT, uh, and on the Graham and all of those things, you can join me there. So I hope that you'll do that. And it's, look, it's one of my biggest performing platforms. Even the, the haters over there love to respond. Um, and that, you know, I have, um, almost 2 million followers there. So it was a big decision, but I think it's the right thing to do. Let me know.
