And you guys are a hit. So far, so good. I think so. What are you guys up to in this sort of post-Kamala, now Trump era? Are you like, ah!
Yeah, we're up to a lot. We have a lot of tough conversations ahead, that's for sure. But that's kind of what we started this to do is, you know, we felt like a lot of people on the left were just not having the tough conversations they had to have and also just like not talking like regular people. And especially with, you know, white men, we lost them aggressively in this last election. So we felt like even though on the surface, five white guys starting a podcast, probably not the best idea. Yeah. Our intentions are good, and that came through with people, and nobody seemed to care.
Who are The White Dudes for Kamala and why did they start the Find Out podcast?
They were just like, hey, this is great. We want to hear people have a real conversation. So that's kind of what we're trying to do.
So where's the diversity on your podcast? It doesn't exist. No. Age, age diversity. Age. And perspective. Hair color, glasses, no glasses. Beards. No beards. Oh, yeah, you do have – well, there's only one no beard.
That's Luke, yeah. Well, Luke's 21, so he's still working on it, you know? Yeah.
Can't even grow a beard yet. No, but seriously, so talk to us. By the way, if you're tuning in to us, these are, as I said, the artists formerly known as White Guys for Kamala. They're now the Find Out podcast, and the podcast is actually doing pretty well. And so we wanted to see what you guys are up to. Also, you have a new mission, I guess – So a similar mission, except that the candidate or whoever you support may be different. But what is this about? By the way, they have a sub stack as well. You know, smash the heart, smash the screen so more people can tune into what we're doing right now. So let me ask you, where are we in this moment now, if you are since you are the you know, the white dudes who can sort of gauge where we are in the zeitgeist right now?
Well, I think, you know, we we had a lot of success last fall with the white dudes for Harris. But obviously we started in like August. So there wasn't a lot of time. But what we found was that there are a lot of people who look like us who are very, very we're very, very interested and engaged with electing Kamala Harris as the next president. And those people haven't gone away yet. And neither have we, but we have basically transitioned to this podcast so that we could keep these conversations going and keep talking to these people and let them know that there is space within the Democratic Party for them. And we know just from the numbers out there, like we need more men on the Democratic side in order to win elections.
And so we were sort of trying to be a place for men and anybody to come and have these conversations. Some of them we will all agree on and some of them we will disagree on. And that's what we've been doing. And I think that's why so many people have been listening to us since we launched literally two and a half months ago.

I'm listening, Zach. I mean, for me, like this whole thing came from the idea that I looked at the right wing ecosystem of how they get their message out. And a lot of it really came from like just people having the perceived authenticity of what they're talking about. And like conversations, it felt like you'd have it with whoever, you know, just somebody next door, somebody, your friends. And I didn't see that on the left anywhere. It didn't really exist. It felt more like Ted talk, you know, insider kind of stuff on the left. And it just didn't feel super accessible. And to me, that's not representative of how the left actually is. It's just the media ecosystem that exists within the left.
