Hi, it's Adam here, and you're about to listen to a hypnosis session all about getting through a turbulent time to a new future where things are less volatile. And I was working with a client that was going through a change in their personal relationship, but also a change in their business, and they were exploring a different way of monetizing what they did.
So there were lots of different things going on, and that represented a lot of change. And what this hypnosis session does is it uses various metaphors and various suggestions to give them a framework to say, well, yes, this could be fairly changeable and volatile and turbulent, but they have the resources to get through that. And what's important is that when they are Are through that, actually they might be in a very better place, a much better place because of what they've gone through. There is a a a genuine I think belief that a lot of people have that when they think back to the toughest times of their life, it's given them something. It might have given them wisdom, it might have given them perspective, it might have given them some form of resilience or internal strength, but they got something.
through it by getting through it. It wasn't all bad. And I think that is a very healthy frame to look at things. This also has certain elements of looking at how can they do things in such a way to um let's say have an impact on other people. It's almost a bit of a legacy um to take what you're good at and then have a ripple effect through other people. So there's Also that thread in this hypnosis session as well. So if you like the idea of leaving a legacy or getting through a volatile, turbulent time to somewhere a bit more calmer, this session might be very useful for you. So find a quiet, comfortable place where you're not going to be distracted or disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.

How does the client’s turbulent period of relationships, business, and income changes get framed?
You associate with Choices. Relaxation. Breathing in slow. And allowing Your body to just let go. That's it. But sometimes the mind becomes clearest. Not when it's trying to work everything out. The kind of environment where much has happened. On this side of the river. Things have been built. And things have been learned. On this side of the river.
