How does Bruna empower single mothers through her business?
Bruno Pabon, I have been through a lot and I am proud to be the owner of Super Cleaners NB and Coastal Phoenix team powered by Innovate. We service the service industry and all of the communities, cleaning, residential, commercial, post-construction. Coastal Phoenix team serves. We help first-time homebuyers, investors, new moms. Yeah.
So how did you get into this kind of business?
So I started with cleaning. Okay. My mom was into cleaning when we moved to America and I started with her and realized that quickly I could make a business out of it and I didn't have to work for anybody. So that's literally how I got started. I just wanted the freedom to work for myself.
So folks look at cleaning businesses and go, oh man, it's like, no, no, no, no, no. There's a whole system, a whole line, like system SOP that you've built, I'm sure. Can you talk about why you find so much joy in this and why it's such a lucrative business?
Yes, I delegate, right? Any business you delegate, you have people that manage, you have people that check the jobs, you have people that inspire. Thank you. You have people that do the job, right? So we have cleaners, trained cleaners, we have people who check, you know. I love organizing, separating into categories and seeing it flow like smoothly, like a smoothly sale, like smooth machine. You're right. It is a business that most people are like cleaning. But the truth is more than people that you know are on the cleaning business. And I guarantee you that anybody even listening, they know somebody who is in the cleaning business.
We run multiple studios here. I can't I can't wait to tell you. OK, my happiest days when the clean people are here because it's just like, oh, A breath of fresh air. All the traffic and all the noise is finally clean. It's like a fresh reset.
