Chapter 1: What led to Caylene's transformation from corporate burnout?
The world around us is a reflection of your internal. So once you start to do your healing journey, making awareness, you actually start to connect your mind and your heart, which is your intuition. Those nudges, they were there for a reason. Kayleen Saley is a motivational speaker, transformational coach, and the founder of Tunnel Vision Coaching.
Drawing from her journey through loss, identity shifts, and personal reinvention, she empowers others to reconnect with their truth, break through emotional barriers, and rise into lives rooted in alignment and authenticity. Tunnel Vision is aligning yourself and shifting your mindsets to create your business strategy because everything is a reflection of you entirely.
Talk about... building your own reality and how folks are stuck in this tunnel vision when they really should be seeing far more than that.
It really stems back to finding your true authenticity. Being your true authentic self is healing your traumas. The ones who are silencing your voice, not allowing you to be yourself to people please, this takes away your power.

Chapter 2: How does internal healing affect business growth?
And shifting your mindsets to create your business strategy because everything is a reflection of you inside.
Oh, yeah.
So tunnel visions, we've learned to kind of block math. These are all traumas. And that's kind of what I teach on.
I'm right with you a thousand percent, because especially as entrepreneurs and as CEOs, you're building your tribe and your tribe is a reflection of what's going on here, but most importantly, what's going on here. Where did your journey begin? Where did your tunnel end or start?
So just recently I went through a divorce. And before that divorce, I had a major layoff for the company that I was working for almost 23 years, semiconductor. And during that time, I was having some issues with my marriage. Well, when the announcement was made, that's when I realized it was time for me, an opportunity for me to move on.
Yeah, an opportunity arose, presented itself in the darkness.
Correct. I talk about my using your pain into power. So I was able to heal and focus on myself and... When things weren't aligning, that was a key indicator for me that I need to move on a different route.
Right on. The key indicators. What does that look like to you? Is it visions? Is it voices? Is it is it always missing the green light? And you're like, why do I always feel stuck? Something ain't right. Why is my reality fighting me?
Right, that's a good question. We have these issues because they're all trauma-related.

Chapter 3: What is the significance of awareness in overcoming trauma?
People-pleasing, limited beliefs, all of that stems from trauma, traumas that we need to heal. The world around us is a reflection of your internal. So once you start to do your healing journey, making awareness, going into solitude. This could be journaling, meditating, breath work, isolation, going into self. You actually start to connect your mind and your heart, which is your intuition.
Those nudges, they were there for a reason. Everything is a reflection of that, a lesson for you to recognize and learn from. If you don't, you just repeat it again.
I come from the music and gaming industry when I worked with a lot of signed artists. It doesn't hold as much weight today because everyone's a content creator. But back in the day when you were signed to a label, you were signed to a tribe and you had a leader of that tribe and they spoke about these philosophies like, this is how the world works.
And they sit you in the room and like you're signed. All right, Britney Spears. All right, Lady Gaga. Here's how it really works. And they roll you out the massive scroll of how energy and money and music and isolation and how an artist has a rise and a fall. It's all there.
In marketing meetings, and then you go, wait a minute, this is the kind of stuff I hear at churches that I hear in stories. Talk about building your own reality and you're going, well, my reality is building me or am I building my reality? Talk about that and how folks are stuck in this tunnel vision when they really should be seeing far more than that.
Right. So again, awareness. Once you made awareness of the issues you have, this is your start of your healing journey. We hear this a lot more common these days in social media about healing and what that means. It really stems back to finding your true authenticity.
Correct.
This is what I teach and talk about my speaking. And it also links to the tunnel vision coaching is being your true authentic self is healing your traumas. The ones who are silencing your voice, not allowing you to be yourself to people, please. This takes away your power. Oh yeah. You're giving it to that person. And you're masking. So we wear so many masks.
It's something that has been ingrained through us through generations. And, you know, Mina talks about this a lot. Oh, yeah.

Chapter 4: How can entrepreneurs identify misalignment in their lives?
It's to keep us stuck. And I said this and I even said this in the interview earlier. If you're uncomfortable.
Yes.
and you're stable in your situation, your job, there's no growth. Growth comes with being uncomfortable, recognizing issues that will shake up the emotions.
Oh, yeah.
And we want that. Because those are traumas stored in our body.
Correct.
And in order for you to release that is to get shaken up.
Yeah, it's funny because I just came up with this realization that even my profession, the day-to-day is trauma-based. There's the B teams, the A teams, and then there's the S teams. I worked at PlayStation. I was called Samurai because I'm like, yeah, that's great. There's 24 hours in a day. We need sleep. I'm so addicted to this. I'm so addicted to the energy, to always constantly creating.
There was no tunnel vision, but then the darkness creeped in, the depression creeped in, and I saw myself slowing down, the desire. And then I became a recluse. But I found that energy to be...
