On Wednesday, 29-year-old suspect Ramanola Lakenwal allegedly shooting 20-year-old specialist Sarah Beckstrom and 24-year-old Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolfe, both members of the West Virginia National Guard, in what officials described as a targeted attack
