Yes, big week in New York City. It's literally Bright Lights, Big City, three bucks, two bags, one beer. One beer? One beer. Yeah, I'm getting my Luke Combs and Annie references mixed up. Bright Lights, Big City, Jackson Claude. Today, we're so busy. Podcast, podcast, podcast, meeting, meeting, meeting.
Yesterday, I was so busy. I was podcasting into the wee hours. I actually recorded a really fun interview yesterday. that will probably go up next month. And I'm really excited for you guys to hear. I was like, because I recorded it so late, whatever I do before bed is like what I think about, like as I toss and turn, I was just like thinking about the interview, like so many funny things that were said. It was honestly hysterical. And not to tease something that's not available yet, but just wait.
But just to know, like, maternity leave is going off without a hitch. Like, seems like everything is going fine without me, you would say?
Yeah, and it's like Jax is talking more than ever.

Did you feel extra tired after your first maternity leave interview yesterday? Because, like, you were talking so much more than you normally are allowed.
I felt invigorated. I could have kept going and going. I don't even know how long the interview was. It was, like, over an hour, and I knew I had to end it. But I wasn't done. Yeah.
She won't be done for quite some time.
This is like a year's worth of pent up conversations and questions. I'm glad. And I just could ask the person anything I wanted. How freeing is it? At any time. And I asked some really crazy questions.
That's what you can come to expect from Jackie O and Friends. Yeah. The maternity leave special.
What I also realized about the guests that I've chosen, because I'm like the interview from yesterday, I'm like so up this person's butt, like literally up there, like, hey, look at me coming out their mouth. And that's the kind of energy you can expect because I really chose to only book podcasts with people who I either I'm friends with, who I really like, or I really admire and want to meet. So it's not like I'm just up anyone's butt. Just know like these are a select few people who I really love. I wouldn't just be like that for anyone.
Yeah, yeah. Well, I'm glad that you're kind of like having your fangirl moment.
I feel like people who have hundreds of guests, like if you're up every guest's butt, you can't be up hundreds of butts. And it gets old quickly.
Like you're not obsessed with everyone at some point. Like a guest is a guest.
And I'm not saying that's like always like my interviewing style, but so many of the people that I've chosen to have on are just people that I'm really obsessed with and I follow them as a fan too. So you will find me up there, bud. You will.
