Bill Gates' Rule Number 1 about Technology Gates may have made lots of money selling computer software, but his children can only spend a limited amount of time each day in front of a monitor. Gates told a meeting in Ottawa, Canada that his 10-year-old daughter started using her computer several hours a day to play virtual games. Gates decided to limit her and also the other siblings a computer time of 45 minutes a day, plus time for the homework she receives from school. Psychologists are learning how dangerous smartphones can be for teenage and the kid brains. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs hardly ever let their kids play with the products they helped create. Gates has a rule at home with his family... their attention and focus should always be out of the screens because technology doesn't want them to be healthy at all.
