外国籍選手の契約に関して ・選手個人によって契約の項目は異なる ・外国籍選手の場合ドルでの支払い ・契約項目も日本人よりも圧倒的に多い ・メディカルチェックを実施しないと練習に参加できない ・チーム練習に参加して選手に問題があった場合全額支払い ・チーム活動中のアクシデントで契約解除しても全額支払う ・その為、いかに予防して対応できるかがポイント
