All right, so the next item um is requested as a separate vote. Item seventeen, traffic signal installation and maintenance change order. Miss Watlington. Thank you, Madam Mayor. Um I've got some general questions around each one of these particular items. I've bring them up because as we are looking at um making updates to our CBI work and really making sure that we are uh supporting MWSBE through our government contracts, I know that they're we're in the middle of transition. So I wanna make sure that we're super transparent with the public as we're seeing these each month while we wait for that.
Vi Lyles 3:45

So these can be just As far as I'm concerned, these can be hit in one um piece uh just to answer those questions because there are three particular policy items I want to make sure is is clear as we take a look at them. Okay, thank you. I'm gonna ask the manager to address your questions. question.

installation, and maintenance change order. That's the first one, number seventeen. And this is a change order and it's under the same

goal as the original contract. An important note for this change order is it's not a change order in terms of different scope.
Brent K. (Brent Kegel) 4:50
It's in it's more of the same basically. It's more we're having to do more than we projected in terms of installing traffic signals and maintaining traffic signals. And the goal was exceeded, it's two point one percent, but that was based on a review of availability matrix of the current um vendors that would be available to participate, and also due to the fact that there's not much subcontracting opportunities with this specific contract.
Patrick Baker 5:22
Uh follow up Mike? Oh god.
Vi Lyles 5:24
Mr. Mitchell.
Patrick Baker 5:27
I'm sorry, go ahead, Doc Wall.
