January fourteenth, two thousand twenty six, meeting of the Fairfax County Board of Zoning Appeals will please come to order. Are there any matters to be presented by members this morning? If not, I'll review our procedures for those of you who have not been here before. Once your case is called, please step up front to the microphone and I'll ask if anyone in the audience or I'll ask that anyone in the audience um that wishes to speak to that particular case, stand, raise your right hand, face the clerk on your right. uh on your left rather and take an oath. Once that's done, the applicant will be asked to state their name and address for the record and whether or not they reaffirm the affidavit as previously submitted.

The applicant will then be asked to have a seat in the front row. Um or listen while we get the location and a report from staff. Once we've heard the staff report, the applicant will have up to ten minutes to give their justification for whatever it is they are seeking today. It's limited to ten minutes because we do have detailed staff reports which contain the justification in them. But do feel free to add to that if you'd like to do so. I'll then see if there's anyone who wishes to speak to the application. If you've not already signed up to speak and I don't think we have any speakers signed up for today, but if you would please do so with the clerk on your d at the clerk's desk on your left. Each individual speaker will be given up to three minutes in which to speak, um but if you represent a citizens association, you'll have up to five minutes.

I was at all on site meetings, as far as and and on that day did Mr Nunes indicate to you that the um County would not be doing anything with regard to the stormwater issue? That was the indication. I guess I don't know why we would have had follow on meetings, especially me taking a day off if the matter was considered close, sir. So you had the meeting on the thirteenth, then why was there a follow up meeting on the twenty third?
