Today we're going to be actually Happy New Year, by the way, to everyone. Um we have a modified agenda we're gonna uh try out and um So bear with us. Um our procedures. Once your case is called, if you would step forward to the microphone, the podium and microphone here at the front, I will ask then if there's anyone here who wishes to speak to that particular matter. Um and If so, you should stand, raise your right hand and face the clerk on your left to take an oath. Once that's done, the applicant will be asked to state their name and address for the record and to reaffirm the affidavit as previously submitted.
The applicant will then have a seat in the front row while we hear from staff with the um location and report. Once we've heard the staff report, the applicant will be given up to ten minutes. to give their justification for whatever it is they're seeking today. Um the time is limited to ten minutes just because we do have the detailed justification um included in the staff report uh which has been distributed. Um but if the applicant would like to add to that, um feel free to do so. Next we'll check if there's anyone here who wishes to speak on that application. Each individual speaker will be given up to five uh uh three minutes, excuse me, um to address the application. If there are any speakers in opposition, the applicant will have uh
rebuttal time of five minutes. If you are wanting to speak to the application and represent a citizens association, you have five minutes. So an individual speaking either in support or opposition has three minutes, but an association gets five minutes. Once you have spoken, you may not come back up to the podium uh unless you're asked to do so by a member of this board. And of course there's no speaking from the audience. Um with that said we can move on to our consent items, which are the approval of minutes from our november nineteenth December third, two thousand twenty five. Has everybody had a opportunity to review those and Madam Chair, I have reviewed both of the minutes from November the nineteenth and December the third, and I move approval as submitted.
Okay, great. Thank you. Motion's been made and seconded. All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Okay, great. That motion carries.
