Can I do one thing before that? Sure. What's the schedule for 3-26? It's hard to guess it around here, but please take one of these.
Take one of these, too. Thank you.
Unknown 1:17
Before we get to this, I have some updates on the, so the funding for the design guidelines for thoroughfare went through, the board voted to allocate the money so we can now move forward with that and we're gonna get a contractor consultant to really prepare those.

How did the board approve the agenda and the November 12, 2025 brief?

Unknown 1:55
We have to use, we have our own in-house contract with firms The issue is that we don't know if any of the groups have the capability to do what we need to do with these, but we're going to have to give them an opportunity to bid on it. And we've developed a scope of our work now that's... So we'll see what happens, but the ultimate goal is to find somebody and have somebody placed by you know, February, March timeframe for this. And it will be part of the thoroughfare project that we're currently undertaking. So that will be part of another one of the tasks that we'll be doing with that project. what else is there. I don't know the status of the next distiller house. I think that roof has not been put on yet because they asked for the sample so that they can find shingles to match up and I'm like, so it's already December and they need to get a roof on before winter so I don't know what they're waiting for, parks and rec, but as far as I know that hasn't
Unknown 3:15
been done yet, even though the DOA was approved weeks ago. And we gave them authorization at the November meeting just to proceed. Those were Parks and Rec, both of those guys. And that's about all I have with
Brian Landrum 3:37
news. We haven't gone out to look at kids so far. Does it? Okay. I have not
Unknown 3:48
been out in Frenchville for forever. So I thought it would be good that one of the, another thing that we're doing for thoroughfare is a National Register nomination, that project. And we have a consultant preparing that and I thought we were supposed to get the draft of that to us. this month and you are going to have to review that as well because that's what the ALB reviews. One of your tasks is to review the National Register nominations submitted to the county So I thought we would have a little bit of a refresher, a little bit of talking about the National Register and how it's going to apply to this particular project and thoroughfare. But it would be a good time to have that before that nomination came in.
Unknown 4:54
So that's what I set up for you to do. And I've given you some handouts. This handout is a NASA register bulletin that has the criteria. The other one I sent, and I didn't print it out because it's like over 140 pages, is the the step-by-step guide for completing the National Register form, which I don't think you need to do because you're not preparing the form, but certainly the criteria is something that you should be knowledgeable or have some sort of awareness about because that's how, in your review, that's how one of the things we're going to be looking at is, you know, how well they're addressing the criteria and if you think of ways that they can improve on what they've provided based on this criteria in any event.
