I've not heard anything else on the Bennett School as far as from facilities on that. So I don't know. No updates with that. the design guidelines for thoroughfare that we got the money for. We are gonna put an RFP out for a consultant We can't do it through our in-house contract because none of our cultural resource consultants have the expertise required. So we have to go outside.
And that's in procurement now. We have a scope of work and an RFP draft already to them. You know, that'll work its way through the county system, so it may take some time, but we'll get that out. And the plan is to have a consultant on board for the next days of work out in Federal Fair that we're doing for the overlay district. So, that's why we're getting them on board to move forward. That's the plan. Great. How long does that process usually take with RFP? Three to five months maybe. I was told maybe two to four or something. Justin knows more than I do but it could take a while. We've got to solicit bids and then we've got to evaluate the bids. And we've got to sort of interview the top candidates and all of that can take some time.
So I've been in contact with Linda Wright at Buckland. And she has a space, the post office there, and we had discussed having a meeting out there once it gets a little bit lighter. And she's, unfortunately she's not available for either our May or June meeting dates, but she asked if Possibly the week, like for May, she's available the week after. So the question to the AARP is if we want to plan an event, we don't necessarily need to have the meeting the second Wednesday, but we can have it that third Wednesday and just advertise it for that. but do you want to do that? I'm just asking the members here if that's something they want to do because if you recall some of the plans were we would have much like we did with the William Dawes House an opportunity to see Buckland and visit the
