Seeing none, we'll move on to item number seven, staff time. The item is the Certificate of Appropriateness CRP 2026-00087 Hazel House Demolition. Yeah, I I mean I do have a uh we had a staff before submitted. Airman, I do have a presentation but I I can run through this very quickly if people want to get out of here quickly. Um Again, this is a request from the uh parks and recreation. Think they're in tourism now. But I don't know if tourism is with us yet. Or if it moves economic development. That's yeah, th there's but anyway. Uh plants is the mollus to Hazel House, which is a non contributing resource, uh identified here. It's on the same property as The Net Distiller House, Net Distiller House is is located.

Oh And again, uh certificate of appropriateness as specified in the uh as required for, you know, through alteration development building and structure and Oh This is a demolition of a non contributing resource, so whoops, sorry. You know, seeing that it says that any building and structure any building and structure look would mean this has a particular building. So that's why we're going through this process. Um the house is uh basically in circa in nineteen oh five. We don't know the exact date, that's the date that was given in the documentation and it corresponds with, you know, Cape Con dwellings, which were kind of popular revivalist dwellings built in the nineteen forties and early nineteen fifties.
