Yeah, I mean, look, if you are in a position and you're like, hmm, I wonder if I'm able to buy a property or I wonder if I should consider an investment property or you have a price range already, you're pre-approved, amazing, come chat to us right now.
But look, there's obviously, as we alluded to at the start of this conversation, there's a lot to consider in the property space, whether it's a simple new build investment or it's even just understanding your abilities in residential projects or whether you should consider chatting to Rethink or if there's other asset classes you should look at.
In short, if you're in a position where you're considering, should I do something, book in for a call.

Yeah, I think my perspective is it really depends on if you're capital growth or cash flow focused.
It's really easy to find great cash flow in areas where land is cheap.
Land is cheap when net migration is low.
And so your probability of experiencing a really strong capital growth is, in my opinion, it's a riskier bet.
So that's what I tell clients when they want to take a punt on smaller regions where there's little pockets and small populations.
On a capital growth side, it's a higher risk, higher reward play.
