If I had you that whole time, I think I would really try and keep ramping the calories up until I get about 26, 27, maybe even 2,800, and then hopefully have a whole month before.
And then we cut.
And then I cut for a month going down.
And I take you from like 28 all the way back down to 2,000 to 22, and you just lean out right into the wedding.
