Another important question that I'd ask you is how do you feel at that calorie intake? Do you feel satisfied? Do you feel like you're having to really restrict? How does it feel?

She's in a place now where if you were a client, I'd be talking to you about, hey, maybe we're ready for just some intuitive eating now. Or just track protein and then eat when you're hungry.
