And it was an amazing path from there.

So basically for four years, I was this guy's just,

I was his Mr. Smithers, like I was just everywhere with them.

And I got to be on his hip 24 hours a day.

I would work, you know, people are on the hill till two, three in the morning when we're in session, I'd be there till four in the morning.

Like I just, I just worked my ass off for four years, got to meet amazing people, got to do amazing things.

And then at the end, he, you know, promoted me to legislative staff to actually write laws and

Because I thought I had what I wanted and I was miserable.

It was awful.

You know, me behind a computer doing research and writing is not where I should be.

So I figured I had to go to my next step.

So I was like, you know, I'll go to law school.

Not that I wanted to be a lawyer, but it seemed like a lot of congressmen were lawyers.

Yep.

So I got into law school.

Got into a few law schools and ended up choosing University of Baltimore.

Because they gave me a scholarship.

Started there.

Had a little place in the city in Baltimore.

And I was raised just by my dad growing up.
