But, you know, and yet, no, I know that.

I got my seatbelt on, so don't worry.

I know Stan and Clarence and DeAndre, they won't panic or anything.

But what's coming for me is...

are there some nuggets within being resilient?

Okay, not the whole package, because I think the whole package of resilience is survival, okay?

But are there some nuggets of being resilient that can actually be a way to accelerate what people can do to manage their

trauma more effectively.

I mean, we can discuss it.

I don't have the answer to that, but it makes me wonder that people who have survived have demonstrated some resilience to trauma.

I always appreciate hearing other perspectives that make me think differently.

Because when you do that, then you could change in a good way.

That's what I'm hoping.
