Three.
Insulin production, a massive amount hyperinsulinemia.
Combined with cellular inflammation.
Which creates insulin resistance, right? 'Cause those receptor sites need to hear the insulin, right?
And what's causing that?
Oh, of course it's multifactorial, but in this day and age, it's the processed hyper palatable foods.
Yeah.
As you know, these Franken foods.
And it's the frequency of how many times we eat.
There's a a colleague of mine, Dr.
Don Clum, who's a chiropractor, and he did a patient population s uh survey on his on hundreds of patients.
And he just asked them, Hey, write down every time you eat something, whether it's a snack or a meal.
And the average person was eating seventeen to twenty-three times a day.
What the hell?
I know.
So whether it was a meal or let's say a bite of a protein shake, a simp of a protein um bar.
Or a bite of a protein bar, sip of a protein shake, or kombucha or snacks that they were snacking and grazing 17 to 23 times a day.
So it's the constant grazing.
So, Dave, it's glucose insulin, glucose, insulin, glucose, insulin.
