Well, if you're listening to music at a hundred percent volume for years and you become deaf to the music, what do you do?
You
Dial down the music.
You don't just find a way to increase the volume by taking more insulin.
You dial down the music by eating less often, by eating two meals a day, maybe three meals a day, no snagging in between, by eating less carbs, which spike glucose and insulin the most.
So you simply dial down the music and then insulin drops and inflammation drops.

So for me, I have a sodium sensitivity.

So I'm one of the rare people that really can't do much do much sodium, but uh most people are not like that.
