It's a bummer that I have that Deva.
It's one of the few things that I don't really rely on genetics too much.
Like I like I have genetics more, but it's one of those things that I notice it.
Like my fingers swell up and heart rate goes up.
And and most people think it's uh gonna raise your blood pressure, right?
If you're not sodium sensitive like me, it's n absolutely not going to raise your blood pressure.
It's the sugar, it's the car it's the glucose and insulin spikes.
It depletes nitric oxide, which vasoconstricts you, your heart has to pump harder, blood pressure goes up, right?
There you go.
So it's gonna be RFK, where I came out a year ago with a video on foods he was going to ban, like different food dyes, et cetera.
Right.

My uh team said, Hey, we want you to record a video on natural ways to whiten your teeth.
And I said,
I don't really want to record something like that.
