That's why I always advise write it down because if you can write it down when you're by yourself, it's much easier to put it out to that person in a voice-to-voice conversation or maybe you write them a letter and just say,
this is how I'm feeling right now and this is how it's affecting me and these are the behaviours that I'm starting to see in myself because of these sad feelings or this pain in some way, shape or form.
Because it is really hard when you get emotional to be able to have a clear conversation without getting flooded, you know, with emotion.
It's hard to problem solve.

No, I also think, you know, there's such a difference between loving someone and being in love with someone as well.
And maybe we can look at it in that way.
Maybe you can hang out with someone and really love them, but maybe you're not in love with them.
like you and I were kind of talking about in the break, do you state it as more of an arrangement kind of view instead of saying it's casual?
Because it seems like so many people don't actually have structure around what casual means for them.
They hope that it's going to lead somewhere or they just say, hey, I'm not ready for anything.
And it's such a and there's all the gray kind of in between.
Look at it as if you want to be casually dating, look at it as more of an arrangement state.
This is why and this is how I want it to look.
But if you're going into it to fall in love, then also don't be scared of catching feelings because feelings are beautiful and we're human.
It's really okay to feel.
It's more than okay to learn what that kind of means for you and how you can grow and develop from that.
