And then you line all that out and I go, I haven't seen a single piece of food that they've eaten all day because I don't call that food.
I call ultra processed foods, food like products.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, so I think about some of the biggest offenders.
I would say creamers are a big offender, yogurts are a big offender.
I know, me too.
Well, people are starting out their day.
Sometimes that's the first thing they put in their body, first thing in the morning is their coffee with their creamer.
And there's not a single real food ingredient in that.
And then if you get the sugar-free one, it's Ace K, Splenda.
It's a chemical concoction of artificial sweeteners.
Yeah.
And even the healthier ones.
So I actually just did a video on this on Chobani.
So the Chobani creamer, objectively, when you read the ingredients, it looks like it's pretty good.
Because if I remember correctly, it was milk cream, but then it had natural flavors.
And then there was maybe one other ingredient there that was maybe real, or maybe it was just the three things.
The natural flavors.
So I struggle.
They're not natural.
