One...
The thing that surprised me, Lewis, that in hindsight it shouldn't have, but it did, is everybody worked on a solution that made their job obsolete.
That surprised me.
That's leadership though.
I guess, but I didn't tell them what to build.
They just chose to, they built the tool to not have to do the work they were doing.
Of course, because they want to do different stuff.
What a crazy concept.
That's it.
And then people are like scared to do that.
And then guess what?
They wake up and they get fired.
Because they didn't want to take up the technology.
If they're not willing to level up, then it's like.
Dude, if somebody's willing to do that in your life, they're invaluable.
