So now, you know, he lives in an artist's installation.
Many years ago, a group of artists got together with a patron and found an old warehouse and sent one of the warehouse into studio apartments.
And he's been there for decades, you know, living in very Spartan digs, sitting in his wheelchair, barely able to move.
He sleeps about 17 hours a day now because his body is failing.
But when you walk into the room and see him and go, Arnie, how's it going?
He's using a big magnifying glass so that he can see the keyboard.
What he's doing is leaning all the way in, being fully available to the life that is in front of him and wasting no energy whatsoever mourning what's been lost.
