And I just thought that makes more sense.
I hate the wet rag mentality where companies, they bring someone in, throw the wet rag against the wall, see who sticks.
And then, eh, so what?
The other ones didn't make it.
It's just bad for your company's reputation.
It's a horrible experience for them.
And I almost, you know, was that wet rag that fell.
So creating sales training, learning psychology, learning body language, paraverbal communication, all types of different closing, vocabulary.
That's where I think, I mean, that would definitely be my greatest skill set.
No, not anybody.
I mean, they have to have the initial skill set to be able to do it.
They don't have to be...
they have to have some of that skillset.
It's hard to teach drive.
It's almost impossible, right?
And so if you have that ambition, that drive, you're willing to learn and just focus, go, go, go, and constantly be relentless, like that's what I'm looking for.
And if I can see that when we would hire people, it's like, tell me something you've done where it was hard for you and you just kept going and you figured it out.
You know, and if people can transfer that, you know, that crazy obsession from maybe it's sometimes it's even just school, but if it's a sport, you know, if it's debate, whatever it might be, you know, just transfer that same skillset into sales.
Uh, anything to just get them to talk.
Like, you know, here's a pen, sell me on it.
